Grubby the Octopede is Teddy Ruxpin's best friend. You can see how they met in the episode "The Day Teddy Met Grubby". Ever since then, the two have been stuck side by side through thick and thin. Grubby isn't the adventurous type, but more of a food loving couch potato. He likes to take things easy, the way we all wish life could be, and would just love to hear Teddy say: "Why don't we just go home and forget about all this adventuring stuff!" Forget about it.
